General FAQ

What are your working hours?

We can work together to find a time that suits. There is some availability to meet outside regular business hours with pre-arrangement.

Can I use telehealth to receive your service?

Yes, sessions can be done via Zoom, this allows access to the service from rural, regional and remote locations. We are familiar with the additional complexities of residing away from a metro area.

Why do you want to meet me somewhere familiar to me?

In our experience we have found that people feel more comfortable in their own environment and are more likely to retain the information being discussed. It also provides more opportunity for strategies to be developed that are specific and personal to someone when there is familiarity with their natural environment.

If the preference is to meet in a neutral space due to possible safety concerns, trauma triggers or because you just don’t want us in your home, this is negotiable.
